With more than 20 years of experience spanning cybersecurity, product leadership, entrepreneurship, and customer success, Matt works with organizations and service providers to improve security operations, reduce cyber risk, and prepare for evolving regulatory requirements.
Paul Colon, Sr. Solutions Engineer, Cyflare
Paul Colon is Senior Security Solutions Engineer for Cyflare, where he has served since 2019, starting as a SOC analyst Tier 1 team lead and later as SOC manager. Paul later became a deployment engineer and helped build Cyflare’s implementation process for SOC tools. Paul now works on the sales side of the house, supporting sales opportunities from a tech and architecture perspective, and also provides tech enablement for partners.

Emma Stappenbeck is currently the Vice President of the WNY Region at FTS and serves as the Director of Memberships for TechRochester. At FTS, Emma oversees revenue growth and market strategy across Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse. She leads a high-performing recruiting and sales team specializing in contract and direct-hire placements within the IT, Engineering, and Accounting sectors.
